It Ends With Badly

It Ends With Badly is a series of broken jokes. The series is so far unrealised - it seems to be broken too. The first time I started making comics in this vein was in a few that appeared in my 2011 publication The Man is Disappearing. My first attempt at collecting these jokes was during the Independent Publishing Project (2011), run by Francis Burger and Jonah Sack, where I printed a few of them as cartoons in a small booklet (A8). The booklet was titled with a simple unsmiling face. In 2012 I collected 13 of these jokes for Andy Mason's Graflit comic anthology. The jokes are difficult to work with and I haven't yet found a format that suits them.
